Mogens Elsberg, a long-term veteran of the IT industry, became the CEO of Pensio in December 2008. Prior to joining Pensio, Mogens Elsberg headed for four years the Microsoft Dynamics ERP strategy globally.

He began his career with IBM and went on to hold senior management positions at IBM including head of IBM Global Services and Financial Services Sector, Nordic Region. In 2000 he joined Aston Business Solutions as their CEO and completed a successful restructuring of the company. Turnaround completed, Aston Business Solutions was acquired by Tectura.

Elsberg serves on the board of directors of Inventure Capital and LD Equity. He holds a master degree in Engineering from Denmark Technical University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Copenhagen Business School.
