Automate Recurring Payments

Pensio offers a managed solution for recurring transactions. The merchant maintains the database of recurring transactions on our secure web-based Merchant Portal by entering the transaction information, specifying the recurring period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually) and adding or deleting recurring transactions as necessary.

Each recurring transaction is automatically processed on the specified dates. This solution is included in the e-commerce solution and does not require any integration or development work. When transferring recurring transactions from an existing application, the transaction database can easily be completed by uploading a batch file of the transactions.

The majority of businesses need a customer service function where it is important that deliveries and payments can be solved immediately. Hence, it is a problem if the only option is for the customer to transfer the payment via net banking or if the company only receives the payment the following day delaying the shipment by a couple of days.

With a web terminal, the company is able to send the customer a link to a payment page and the customer can then enter the payment card information directly onto an encrypted page and carry out the payment, whilst there is telephonic contact with the customer service employee. At the same time, the customer avoids supplying his card number to an employee and the payment can be registered directly into the company’s financial system by using the accompanying API.
